Flowing Veins is a Vampiric Power in Diablo 4. Flowing Veins is a Major Vampiric Powers, which can grant increased damage over time. Vampiric Powers are unique powers introduced during Season 2 of the game, the Season of Blood. In the Season of Blood, players can unlock and utilize these Vampiric Powers as part of the game's seasonal mechanics. They are sorted into Minor and Major power types and each has its own Activation Cost of up to 3 types of pacts which are sorted into Ferocity, Divinity, and Eternity. These are Seasonal Consumable items that are dropped from enemies from the season required to activate Vampiric Powers and are obtained as rewards from Quests or by progression through the Season Journey (Season of Blood) objectives.

Pact Armor in Season of Blood can now grant certain Pacts, listed among their stats under "Pacts Granted." Players will need to equip Armor that grants the required Pacts from the Activation Cost stated on the Vampiric Power in order to be able to activate it.
