The Tumor is a Seasonal Quest in Diablo 4. The Tumor is a part of the Season of the Construct and can be found at Gatehall and has the player and Ayuzhan attempting to defeat Malphas. Seasonal Quests can be categorized as Priority Quests, Side Quests, or Main Quests, but are only available if players wish to partake in the available Season. Quests in the game provides important side content missions that unlock new content related to the season, unique rewards and can lead to more Quests.

Objectives
- Return to Ayuzhan in the Gatehall
- Place the Hell-Blessed Runestone
- Speak to Ayuzhan
- Find the Vault of Ink in Hawezar
- Enter the Vault of Ink
- Find the Gateway in the Observatory
- Activate the Gateway
- Speak to Ayuzhan
- Venture further into the Vault with Ayuzhan
- Survive the Amphitheater for 30 Seconds and Slay the Hunter
- Interact with Conduit of Terror
- Wait for Ayuzhan to finish the ritual.
- Defeat the demons
- Slay the Son of Malphas
- Speak with Ayuzhan
The Tumor Walkthrough Diablo 4
Return to Gatehall and talk to Ayuzhan with the Hell-blessed Runestone, and place it where he orders.
Speak to him, and he will point you towards the Vault of Ink in Hawezar. Open your map and head to the nearest waypoint available.
Once you reach the location, enter the vault. Find the gateway and interact with it, this will summon Azuyhan.
Travel with him along the way and survive the Amphitheater for 30 Seconds.
You will find the Conduit of Terror, interact with it, and Ayuzhan will start to perform a ritual, wait for him to finish and defeat the demons.
Finally, the Son of Malphas will be summoned, defeat him and speak to Ayuzhan to end the quest.
