A Suppurated Wound is a Seasonal Quest in Diablo 4. A Suppurated Wound is a part of the Season of the Construct and can be found at Kehjistan and is the first quest of the season, having the player investigate the origins of a mysterious runestone. Seasonal Quests can be categorized as Priority Quests, Side Quests, or Main Quests, but are only available if players wish to partake in the available Season. A Suppurated Wound Walkthrough Diablo 4
As you start, head to where all the people are gathering. Talk to Osteg, and after a short scene, inspect the mysterious runestone to obtain it. Speak with Osteg once more, and he will point you to the Vault's location.
Open your map and head there. It is advised to activate the Iron Wolves encampment's waypoint on the way to the vault, as it may be useful later on.
Once you have reached your destination, enter the vault. explore it, and you will eventually find an Inert Construct, interact with it and prepare to fight off the constructs' ambush.
Keep pressing forward and enter the gateway. It will teleport you to another location. Beware of the traps in here.
As you progress, A Suppurated Wound will be automatically completed and give way to the next quest, The Yshari
