Blood Money is a Season Quest in Diablo 4. Blood Money is a part of the Season of Blood and can be found at Dry Steppes and leads players to the Magistrate Oren to resolve an issue they are having with people going missing in the region north of Ked Bardu. Seasonal Quests can be categorized as Priority Quests, Side Quests, or Main Quests but are only available if players wish to partake in the available Season. Blood Money Walkthrough Diablo 4
This quest begins after completing the campaign and participating in the Season of Blood. Characters from the Eternal Realm who are not partaking in the season's events will not have access to this quest.
Visit the Magistrate's office in Ked Bardu
Once this quest is activated, players can head to Ked Bardu and Interact with the Magistrate's Office to proceed with the first objectives. You can track the quest from your journal to view your progress. Speak to the NPC in this location, Magistrate Oren and you will have a few dialogue choices.

choose the dialogue option "People have gone missing?" To progress the quest.
Look for the merchant in Vasily's Reach
The merchant you are looking for will be located north of Ked Barduwhere the Magistrate's office was. The search area will be highlighted in a circle on your map. This should lead you to a dungeon towards the northwestern part of the search area. Your objective will now be to clear the dungeon. Once the dungeon is clared, return to the Magistrate's office and speak to Magistrate Oren again to complete the quest and unlock the next quest in line: The Hunter's Chase
