Crusader's Monument is a Stronghold in Diablo 4. Strongholds are heavily fortified locations in the overworld that have become occupied by demons. Clearing out Strongholds will leave a lasting impact on the world, creating safe havens for players, transforming into a new town and unlocking new Side Quests, Dungeons, Waypoints, shortcuts and more. Crusader's Monument is located in the Hawezar region and is recommended for players of level 50 and above.

Diablo 4 Crusader's Monument Walkthrough
Almost immediately after arriving at the Crusader's Monument, you will be assaulted by Vengeful Spirits. Clear the first batch you encounter and make your way to the center of the stronghold where you will find a large Ritual Brazier with the corpse of a Graverobber lying on the ground. Clear the group of undead surrounding the brazier and then inspect the corpse to find a Crusader's Skull. It appears this monument to fallen Zakarum Crusaders, long since abandoned, has drawn the attention of thieves looking to make a quick buck.
The spirit of a dead Crusader named Sir Trystan will rise from the ground. Mistaking you for another graverobber come to steal from the corpses of his fallen brothers, he attacks. Quickly dispose of him and then interact with the brazier to cleanse the skull. More spirits and undead will spawn throughout the stronghold and you must find more Graverobber corpses, collect more Crusaders' Skulls and cleanse them at the Ritual Brazier to fill the two objective progress bars. The corpses are fairly easy to find as they will always be surrounded by a group of undead. Beware when collecting the skulls as a large group of Vengeful Spirits will spawn around the area each time. You can collect all the skulls you need before returning to the brazier. You will need a total of 3 Skulls to complete the objective.
Once ready, return to the brazier and clear the area. Interact with the brazier to cleanse the skulls. You will need to do this three times. Each cleanse will spawn the spirit of a Crusader boss who will remain inactive until the ritual is complete, along with a few Vengeful Spirits. Once all three skulls are cleansed, the boss encounter with Dame Maryam, Sir Thom and Sir Morholt will begin.
Crusader's Monument Boss Fight
The encounter will begin with only Sir Thom active. It appears the other two become active based on fight duration but Sir Thom can very quickly be dispatched before then. His notable attack is a linear shield bash which fires a projectile in a straight line and is highly telegraphed with a red marker. Simply sidestep the attack.
The next to become active will be Dame Maryam who uses simple homing projectiles that don't appear to have very good tracking as they can get stuck swirling around your character, not really doing any damage. She will also frequently teleport but is very easy to track via the soul-projectiles flying towards her new location. Sir Morholt will become active shortly after Dame Maryam and you will be fighting both simultaneously. Watch out for Sir Morholt's special attack which releases waves in a wide three-pronged fork in front of him. Do not stand directly in front of him if possible, as the ability deals the most damage there. While it is easy enough to avoid, remember that you will be contending with Dame Maryam and a whole bunch of Vengeful Spirits at the same time. We recommend getting rid of Sir Morholt first out of the two.
Once the Crusaders are defeated, head down the steps to the southeast of the brazier to find the Wanderer's Shrine. Interact with it to conquer the Crusader's Monument, liberating the stronghold.
