The Helltide Rises is a Priority Quest in Diablo 4. The Helltide Rises can be found once you reach level 50 and unlocks Helltide events for the player. Priority Quests are important side content missions that unlock specific content, such as item upgrading, potion upgrading or event Class Mechanics for each of the five available Classes.
