Sigil Crafting is a Priority Quest in Diablo 4. Sigil Crafting can be earned automatically after completing a Tier 3 Nightmare Dungeon and grants players the ability to craft their own Nightmare Sigils. Priority Quests are important side content missions that unlock specific content, such as item upgrading, potion upgrading or event Class Mechanics for each of the five available Classes.
Occultis are masters of the mystical arts, and can assist in crafting Nightmare Sigils.
Seek out Demyan in Kyovashad and craft a Nightmare Sigil.
Sigil Crafting Walkthrough
- Head to Kyovashad and speak to Demyan, The Occultist.
- Craft a Nightmare Sigil. After a short conversation, he will ask you to craft your first Nightmare Sigil. After this, two new options will become available while talking to The Occultist. Craft Sigils and Salvage Sigils.
- Craft one to complete the Priority Quest.

AnonymousOn my main I did not unlock Nightmare until level 50 and everything worked as expected.
On my ALT I unlocked Nightmare at level 48. I then switched to Nightmare and did a Tree and got the Sigils to drop first try (just like my main). So while in Nightmare mode I did one of the T1 Sigil dungeons, after I completed it I was level 49 and DID NOT get the Sigil Crafting quest. Either this is a bug, or you cannot get this quest until level 50 or higher.

Requirements are wrong, you need to enough ND to get tier 2 sigils to drop, then do eough tier 2 ND to get tier 3 to drop, then the quest activates.

This is misleading. You have to do enough Nightmare Dungeons to get to T3 naturally, and only then will the quest unlock.

i am level 54 and still cant craft dungeon sigils. and yes, i did the tree of whisper thing.. i even own multiple found sigils
Quest is bugged for me, I've crafted multiple nightmare sigils and salvaged a couple as well and quest won't complete
