Fields of Hatred is a Priority Quest in Diablo 4. Fields of Hatred can be found at the Fields of Hatred and is started as soon as you enter one of the two available PVP zones. Priority Quests are important side content missions that unlock specific content, such as item upgrading, potion upgrading or event Class Mechanics for each of the five available Classes.
This land is steeped in the essence of Hatred.

Fields of Hatred Walkthrough
- Speak to the priest Erol in town and ask him, "This land is soaked in blood. What is happening here?" It seems this land is seeped in Mephisto's influence. This will complete the Quest and give you an overview of the game's PVP mechanics.
- Other players can be killed in the Fields of Hatred as long as you are Bloodmarked. You can also cleanse the Bloodmark through a specific altar in town.
- Killing players while Bloodmarked will give you the Hatred's Chosen label, which will reveal your location for other players to hunt you down. Surviving the onslaught for a specific period of time will give your rewards.
- Other events and Enemies in the Fields of Hatred will drop Seeds of Hatred which you can transform into Red Dust through a specific ritual, to be used in transactions with the Cursed Scroll Vendor, Unsavory Oddities Vendor, Odds and Ends Vendor, and Unconventional Steed Armor Vendor in town.
