Odds and Ends Vendor is a Merchant in Diablo 4. Merchants or Vendors in the types of NPCs that provide various services or have a tradable stock where players can interact and trade with these set Merchants. The Odds and Ends Vendor specializes in selling Cosmetic Armor pieces. They are special merchants that can only be encountered in PvP Zones with the Fields of Hatred and only accept Red Dust as payment. Items purchased from the Odds and Ends Vendor can then be accessed or managed from any Wardobe on the map.

D4 Odds and Ends Vendor sells Cosmetic Armor Equipment pieces which can then be accessed or equipped at any Wardrobe point. This vendor will display one whole Cosmetic Set that cab ve purchased individually per part. Any purchased item can then be used to unlock a new look in the Wardrobe. Once players have obtained a cosmetic equipment piece, players can manage and modify their obtained Cosmetics at the Wardrobe which will also be marked on your map and can be found throughout the different locations.
Odds and Ends Vendors will only accept Red Dust as payment for their stock and players will be unable to sell items to this vendor.
Odds and Ends Vendor Currency
Red Dust 
in Diablo 4 is a type of currency that can only be obtained in Diablo 4's Endgame PvP within the PvP Zones also known as the Fields of Hatred. This is where players can obtain Seeds of Hatred which can then be converted into Red Dust if they are brought to the Altar of Extraction. Once they are turned into Red Dust they can be then used to spend on unique items. Vendors that only accept Red Dust will have a small symbol at the bottom left corner of the Vendor's icon.

Odds and Ends Vendor Stock
Odds and Ends Vendors will carry a set of Cosmetic Items available for purchase. Once purchased, these items will be Account Bound, and not all of these items will be usable by all classes. However over each cosmetic piece to view the cosmetic type, description, Cost in Red Dust, and if it is not suitable for your current class. Each cosmetic equipment piece will usually also have a description stating "Use this item to unlock a new look in the Wardrobe." Each Odds and Ends Vendor will usually carry a stock of one of each of the equipment piece types below.

Where to find Odds and Ends Vendors Diablo 4?
Odds and Ends Vendors and other Red Dust Merchants are typically located around PvP Zones within the Fields of Hatred since that is the only location players can obtain Red Dust to pay these Merchants. Other Merchants in general are usually found together in large cities, settlements, waypoints and capitals. One of the main locations is the main city, Kyovashad where you can find a number of Vendors condensed in the busy area. Vendors will also have a unique icon to identify them on the map. Odds and Ends Vendor can then also be identified with the symbol on the map. Each Shop in different locations will be manned by different NPCs.
