Poison Imbuement is a Rogue Skill in Diablo 4. Poison Imbuement allows Rogues to use the power of poison to imbue your equipped weapon, granting your next 2 imbueable skills to deal poison damage and apply additional poison damage over 5 seconds.

Poison Imbuement Diablo 4 Information

Poison Imbuement belongs to the Rogue class Skill Tree, and is part of the Imbuement Cluster.

Active Skills can be ranked up to Rank 5. Players can also Enhance and then Upgrade the skill to add new features to its effects.

Active Skills are represented by big square icons in the Skill Tree menu.

Poison Imbuement Effects in Diablo 4

Poison Imbuement can be upgraded up to Rank 5, by spending more skill points. Upgrading Poison Imbuement will further increase its benefits depending on its rank:

Rank 1:

• Poison Damage 100%

Rank 2:

• Poison Damage 110%

Rank 3:

• Poison Damage 120%

Rank 4:

• Poison Damage 130%

Rank 5:

• Poison Damage 140%

Diablo 4 Enhance & Upgrade for Poison Imbuement

You can Enhance Poison Imbuement to add the following effects:

• Enhanced Poison Imbuement: Poison Imbuement’s Poisoning Duration is increased by 1 second.

After enhancing Poison Imbuement, you may also Upgrade it, to get the following effects depending on the upgrade you selected. You may only choose 1 of these:

• Blended Poison Imbuement: Critical Strikes with Poison Imbued Skills deal 75% increased Poisoning damage.
• Mixed Poison Imbuement: Lucky Hit: Poison Imbued Skills have up to a 30% chance to reduce the cooldown of Poison Imbuement by 2 seconds.
