Every 100 Energy you spend grants you a 5% [+] increased Lucky Hit Chance for 5 seconds.

Second Wind is a Rogue Skill in Diablo 4. Second Wind increases your Lucky Hit chance for a few seconds every 100 energy you spend. You have to spend at least a point in Innervation to be able to spend a point in Second Wind.

Second Wind belongs to the Rogue Class Skill Tree, and is part of the Ultimate Cluster.
