Prime Rain of Arrows is an Upgrade Rogue Skill in Diablo 4. Prime Rain of Arrows allows Rogues to upgrade Rain of Arrows. Any iimbuement skills that are applied to Rain of Arrows, have increased potency. Rogues can upgrade this skill further by spending a point in Supreme Rain of Arrows.
NOTE: Prime Rain of Arrows imbuement potency increased from 20% to 30% in Patch 1.0.3
Prime Rain of Arrows Diablo 4 Information
Prime Rain of Arrows belongs to the Rogue class Skill Tree, and is part of the Ultimate Cluster.
It is an improved version of Rain of Arrows. Enhanced Rogue Skills, apply to the base Active skills, and Upgraded Rogue Skills, require players to have the enhanced version in order to be acquired. It is important to note that players may choose one of the two available upgrades per skill, but it is not possible to select both of them. Once one is chosen, the other becomes impossible to select.
