Physical DamageBlood Mist is a Necromancer Skill in Diablo 4. Blood Mist allows Necromancers to transform into a Blood Mist, rendering them immune for a few seconds, and deals damage. It has a 20 seconds Cooldown.

Blood Mist can be upgraded up to Rank 5, by spending more skill points. Upgrading Blood Mist will further increase its benefits depending on its rank:

- Healing 0.6% Life
- Cooldown 22.2. seconds

- Cooldown 21.48 seconds
Rank 5:
- Healing 0.7% Life
- Cooldown 20.76 seconds
Diablo 4 Enhance & Upgrade for Blood Mist
You can Enhance Blood Mist to add the following effects:
- Enhanced Blood Mist: Casting a Skill that Overpowers reduces the cooldown of Blood Mist by 2 seconds.
After enhancing Blood Mist, you may also Upgrade it, to get the following effects depending on the upgrade you selected. You may only choose 1 of these:
- Dreadful Blood Mist: Blood Mist Fortifies you for 0.5% Base Life each time it hits an enemy.
- Ghastly Blood Mist: Bood Mist leaves behind a Corpse every 1 second.
