Physical DamageIron Maiden is a Necromancer Skill in Diablo 4. Iron Maiden allows Necromancers to curse a target area, dealing damage to enemies to all enemies on it each time the deal direct damage. It costs 10 essence.

Iron Maiden Diablo 4 Information
Iron Maiden belongs to the Necromancer class Skill Tree, and is part of the Curse Cluster.
Active Skills can be ranked up to Rank 5. Players can also Enhance and then Upgrade the skill to add new features to its effects.
Active Skills are represented by big square icons in the Skill Tree menu.
Iron Maiden Effects in Diablo 4
Iron Maiden can be upgraded up to Rank 5, by spending more skill points. Upgrading Iron Maiden will further increase its benefits depending on its rank:
Rank 1:

Diablo 4 Enhance & Upgrade for Iron Maiden
You can Enhance Iron Maiden to add the following effects:
- Enhanced Iron Maiden: Iron Maiden no longer costs Essence. Instead, gain 5 Essence for each enemy cursed. Does not work with enemies who are already cursed with Iron Maiden.
After enhancing Iron Maiden, you may also Upgrade it, to get the following effects depending on the upgrade you selected. You may only choose 1 of these:
- Abhorrent Iron Maiden: Heal for 5% of your Maximum Life when an enemy dies while afflicted with Iron Maiden.
- Horrid Iron Maiden: When at least 3 enemies are afflicted by Iron Maiden, its damage is increased by 20% [x]
Enhancements and Upgrades are represented by diamond shaped icons in the Skill Tree menu
