Kalan's Edict


After you have not taken damage in the last 2 seconds, your Minions gain 15% [+] Attack Speed. While you have at least 7 Minions, this bonus is doubled.

You may only select one Key Passive Skill.

Kalan's Edict is a Necromancer Key Passive in Diablo 4. Kalan's Edict allows Necromancers' Minions to gain Attack Speed if they haven't taken damage in the last 3 seconds. This effect is doubled while Necromancers have at least 7 Minions.

Kalan's Edict belongs to the Necromancer Class Skill Tree, and is part of the last Cluster.

Kalan's Edict belongs to the last cluster, and players may only choose one Key Passive at a time. Key Passives provide very powerful bonuses and cannot be upgraded. Key Passives grant a great Passive effect that affects the entire Build of the Character.

      Would be good but it's restrictions are demanding. Not taking damage on higher difficulties is difficult and maintaining 7 minions which can die easily is even more difficult.

        Pretty terrible passive even for a full minion build. Its almost impossible to never get hit when dealing with large groups of enemies so you'll lose the effects more often than not. If it worked similarly to the inspiring leader passive and gave the effects after being healthy for 4 seconds it would be pretty good.
