When causing an enemy to Bleed, you have a chance equal to your Critical Strike Chance to increase the Bleed amount by 140% [x] of your Critical Strike Damage bonus. Overpowering a Bleeding enemy creates an explosion that inflicts X [85%] Bleeding damage over 5 seconds. You may only select one Key Passive Skill.

Gushing Wounds is a Barbarian Key Passive in Diablo 4. Gushing Wounds provides chance to increase Bleed damage by Critical Strike Damage bonus when enemy Bleeds. Overpower creates explosion for additional Bleed damage on Bleeding enemy.
