General Unique Items in Diablo 4 are the most coveted items for their unmatched effects that can transform your character's playstyle. What are the types of Unique Items in Diablo 4?
Unique Items are either Armor, Accessories, or Weapons which offer unique affixes that cannot be obtained by other means. These affixes are so powerful that only one Unique Item can be worn by the character, and most often, would require to re-strategize their build depending on the Unique Item obtained.
Another thing to note about a Unique Affix is that it usually grants a modifier to certain skills that cannot be found in another item, or not even a skill upgrade.
Each of these Unique Items also boasts an additional 4 regular affixes that will further boost your character's damage output, stats, resistance, or abilities.
Unique Item Affixes Diablo 4
There are 2 types of affixes found in each Unique Item:
- Unique Affix
- Regular Affixes
The former can be identified by a star icon, which is unique and can't be found in another item, whereas the regular affixes are more common, and may be similar to affixes of another item. These affixes can be offensive or defensive, or can add additional effects or elements to the skill/character.

Uniques Farming Diablo 4
The best way to get Uniques in Diablo 4 is to participate in Helltide events on Nightmare or Torment Difficulty. Events happen more frequently on Helltide so be sure to check that out. Surely, enemies will be stronger in a higher World Tier, but farming in these areas will also increase the drop odds of Uniques and Legendaries.
Another option that you can do is farming Dungeons or Tier 3 and Tier 4 Worlds. For Unique farming, you would want to target a short but infested with mobs to increase your odds. Here are the recommended Dungeons:

What are Class-Specific Uniques in Diablo 4?
Class-Specific Uniques are either Equipment or Weapons that can only be used by a specific class.
