A Heavy Burden is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. A Heavy Burden can be found at Yelesna. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

Diablo IV A Heavy Burden Walkthrough

At the end of Promises, you discover that Prava has sent the Knights Penitent out to find your allies. Teleport to the Yelesna Waypoint, then head northeast to get to the Horadric Vault and find Neyrelle before the knights do. Enter the vault and when you reach the center, you'll find that she's not there.

Pick up the Runed Letter from the table and the quest will end, rewarding you with 28,865 XP and 2,700 Gold. The next and final quest of the main campaign, Legacy of the Horadrim, will unlock after.
