Negala, Lilith's Chosen is a Boss in Diablo 4. Negala, Lilith's Chosen is located at Nostrava. Negala, Lilith's Chosen was a demon posing as a human that acted as a priestess in Nostrava, leading the people in praise of Lilith. Bosses are special Enemies that can be defeated to complete Quests, progress through the game, and to acquire special Equipment. However, there are Bosses not-related to the main quests and can be found as a side activity or even roaming the world.

- Location: Nostrava that is north of the Nevesk Waypoint, in the mid-eastern area of The Pallid Glade.

- Once players defeat Negala, players will be rewarded with Gold and up to 1-2 Rare gear items, and 1-2 Magic gear items.

Negala will summon two other demons, Torvala and Kozira. They will all constantly send out homing projectiles so you will need to keep moving around the arena to avoid these projectiles. Sometimes one of the demons will blind you, so here you will have to play defensively and use any defensive skill or avoid the projectiles as you can still see them while blinded. Instead of defeating them off one by one, it is best to lower two demons health at the same time then defeat them back-to-back. The reason being is that if you only defeat one first, the other two will perform multiple fast AoE fire bombs that deal heavy damage, and after defeating two demons, the last one will heal back to full health.
The last remaining demon will summon Balrogs to fight you as well, take down these Balgros first then move onto defeat the final demon.
Once the boss is defeated, make your way to the northwest of his arena to find the Wanderer's Shrine. Interact with it to conquer Nostrava.
Once Negala has been defeated, they will drop Gold and up to 1-2 Rare gear items, and 1-2 Magic gear items.
