Cyhrach the First Born is a Boss in Diablo 4. Cyhrach the First Born is located at Hallowed Glacier, a Side Quest Dungeon at the Bear Triibe Refuge within Fractured Peaks. Cyhrach the First Born is encountered during the Call of the Ancients (Side Quest). Bosses are special Enemies that can be defeated to complete Quests, progress through the game, and to acquire special Equipment. However, there are Bosses not-related to the main quests and can be found as a side activity or even roaming the world.

When facing Cyhrach, players can approach this boss with aggression. Players will need to find the right position as soon as they recognize the boss's attacks to avoid receiving damage. This includes standing in between his spirit projectiles and stepping further back just before he releases his AoE attacks. In between attacks, use any aggressive combat attack against him until his HP bar is depleted.

| 5 Spirit release | Cyhrach and summon a set of 5 spirit orbs that then launch outwards. To avoid damage, stand in the gaps of this attack. A variant of this is a 3 spirit release where Cyhrach launches 3 spirits forward, which can be avoided the same way. |
| Homing Spirits | The spirits released from another attack will tend to circle back at the player but are easily dodged. |
| Whirlwind AoE attack | An AoE attack that forces players to distance themselves from Cyhrach. Step back to avoid damage. |
