Red-Cloaked Horror is a Boss in Diablo 4. Red-Cloaked Horror is located at Fractured Peaks. Red-Cloaked Horror is an optional boss that can be summoned after completing the Mastery level of Blighted Revelry. Bosses are special Enemies that can be defeated to complete Quests, progress through the game, and acquire Special Equipment. However, there are Bosses not-related to the main quests and can be found as a side activity or even roaming the world.

Diablo 4 Red-Cloaked Horror Strategy Writeup
To summon the Red-Cloaked Horror, you first need to locate the Blighted Revelry event which will randomly spawn within Fractured Peaks. This is a special event that is available only during the Midwinter Blight in Diablo 4. Once you locate the ongoing event, you will begin by setting fire to the wagon found in the middle of the event. This will allow the burning of the Frigid Husks in a circle but first, you need to protect this bonfire from the hordes of enemies.
Enemies will spawn in rounds and will try to put out the fire so you need to keep yourself alive while watching out for the bonfire. Now, you will be given an estimated 1 minute and 44 seconds to eliminate the rounds of enemies and melt all the Frigid Husks before the timer runs out. Once you clear the Mastery level of the event, the Red-Cloaked Horror will appear at the end.
To beat the Red-Cloaked Horror boss in Diablo 4, you have to take note of the 3 attack types from it. The Red-Cloaked Horror uses an axe that can deal fatal damage to those around him. With the right combinations and spells, you will be able to defeat the Red-Cloaked Horror easily. The first move he uses is the Axe Slam which can be identified with the jumping motion and then slamming his weapon onto the ground. This move will also cause ice to burst out in front of him.
The next one is the Ice Spikes of the Dead, the Red-Cloaked Horror will execute this move by jumping out from his current position and flying in a round motion while throwing out icy spikes. Then finally, the Ice Cage is one of his unique moves that will create Icy Pillars that will grow from the ground up and will cause icy explosions within. These moves are fairly easy to dodge but knowing the triggers and the moves before he executes them is crucial.
