Nilcar, Forgotten Bishop is a Boss in Diablo 4. Nilcar, Forgotten Bishop is located at Kor Dragan. Nilcar, Forgotten Bishop is a vampire. Nilcar has the ability to fire several homing blood pallets at you from his hands, the only was to get through it is if you are able to get behind when his attack is almost done. There are three incubators that Nilcar will open to summon mini bosses to fight you as well, he will do this slowly throughout the battle so you can defeat those enemies first then continue onto Nilcar. Though he may revive them so it is advised to focus more of your attacks on him. Sometimes he will draw out some blood projectiles to target you all at once.
Once Nilcar is defeated, head northeast to the Wanderer's Shrine. Interact with it to conquer Kor Dragan.
Once Nilcar has been defeated, he will drop Gold and up to 2-3 Rare gear items, and 1-3 Magic gear items.
