How to complete Guulrahn Slums in Diablo 4
Guulrahn Slums can be completed by doing:
- Free the prisoners: 6
- Slay the Possessed Brute and collect the Jail Key.
- Travel to the Forlorn Cells
- Slay all enemies in the Forlorn Cells.
- Travel to the Torture Chamber
- Defeat the Resurrected Malice

Players need to complete Guulrahn Slums for the following Quests:

Diablo 4 Guulrahn Slums Walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, drop down and continue following the main path. You will be tasked with freeing 6 prisoners within the dungeon. You can find them by viewing the marked icons on your map. This dungeon is also teeming with Cannibals and Ghosts, but the area offers some space for maneuverability. After freeing all 6 prisoners, you must now find and kill the Possessed Brute, then loot the dropped Jail Key. The Possessed Brute will show on your map marked with the skull icon. After retrieving the Jail Key, continue following the main path and make your way to the Forlorn Cells. Upon reaching the area, use the key to open the Rusty Jail Door. After going through the door, you are now tasked to slay all enemies within the Forlorn Cells. Although the objective tells you to slay all enemies, you just need to kill a certain number before the objective is completed. Just keep an eye out on your minimap for the red dots to find where enemies are located.
After killing all the enemies, make your way to the Torture Chamber, where you'll face off against the dungeon boss, the Resurrected Malice. Make sure to recover some HP by interacting with the Healing Well before entering the room. The Resurrected Malice has a couple of dangerous moves, it has an AoE ability that explodes around it and can easily be avoided once you create your distance and step away from the circle on the ground. It can shoot projectiles in an outward manner and continues to circle around the area for a short while. Be wary of some Vengeful Spirits in the area that will aid the Resurrected Malice in battle. After defeating the Resurrected Malice, the dungeon is completed.

Guulrahn Slums Notes & Tips
- Dungeons are instanced domains that offer a sanctuary for brave adventurers. They are thematically related to the region in which they are found, but their layout is randomized. Each Dungeon has their own Boss as well as a related Legendary Aspect that they reward, once completed. Players are also awarded 30 Renown points by completing a dungeon.

Seems to be bugged? Went to the location and there is nothing there.
For me it unlocked once I completed the Act 3 main quest called Loose Threads.
