Diablo 4 Quests in Offal Pits Dungeon
Players need to complete Offal Pits for the following Quests:
- Speak to Lorath at the entrance of the Offal Pits
- Find the entrance to the old escape tunnel with Lorath
- Speak with Lorath
- Discover a way into the palace
- Eavesdrop through the wall
- Enter the Bowels of the palace
- Search for Elias within the Tyrant's Court
- Slay Mother's judgment
- Inspect the Ward of Sealing
- Enter Elias' Sanctum with Lorath
- Search for information on Elias' Ritual
- Discuss your findings with Lorath
- Speak with Lorath outside
Diablo 4 Offal Pits Walkthrough
At the entrance of Offal Pits, talk to Lorath and enter together. Defeat enemies like Bloodthirsty Spiders and Ghouls as you follow the path. Find the entrance to the old escape tunnel and discover a closed tomb with sword markings. Talk to Lorath again and choose "Is this the place?" The door will open after more conversations. Your goal is to get into the palace.
Inside the door, climb the ladder, turn left, and reach the palace walls. Eavesdrop on enemy conversations by interacting with the wall. Go left and enter the palace through the Bowels/tunnel. Fight Mother's Disciples and Chosen, then clear the area and go straight. Take a right turn and descend the staircase. Eliminate enemies and find a chest with gold and a Weathered Tunic. Proceed and find another chest with Pants and gold. Return to the stairs, go in the opposite direction, and reach stairs going up. Follow the path to an interactable door.
Enter the new area and defeat a new group of enemies. Continue to the right, climb the next set of stairs, turn left, and reach the final set of stairs going up. You'll face the mini-boss Mother's Judgment in the Tyrant's Court. Defeat the mini-boss, inspect the ward of sealing on the left path, and remove it. Enter the Sanctum of Elis with Lorath. Engage in dialogues, search for information about the Elias Ritual, and find a piece of paper in the library. Discuss your findings with Lorath and select "Here's what I found." Follow Lorath outside the tomb to conclude the Main Quest.
