What Ails Thee is a Side Quest in Diablo 4. What Ails Thee can be found at The Emerald Chase, Scosglen. What Ails Thee Walkthrough
Speak with Cori Cerrigar. He will be marked with a blue exclamation point on his head by a shack.
Your only dialogue option will be to ask him why he's here. He will ask you to go to his father, Phelan, to check on him and see if they need him. This will activate the quest and allow you to track it. Your first objective will be to speak with Phelan in the Downs.
You will find Phelan in Blycroft next to a cabin. You will have a few dialogue options available. To progress in this quest, select: " Cori sent me. He's worried about you."
This will end the quest and increase your Scosglen Renown by +20.
To begin a separate side quest, Fields of Ruin, select: " What is happening here?"
