Past Regrets is a Side Quest in Diablo 4. Past Regrets can be found in Timue's Hovel at the Blightmarsh in Hawezar. Side Quests are optional missions that players can complete in order to obtain different rewards. Players are usually rewarded XP, and Gold depending on their level. Completing Side Quests in a specific region will also add to the Region Renown. Side Quests can be acquired by encountering various events or interacting with different NPCs.
Taissa must summon aid in her attempts to rid herself of the whispers of Andariel.

Past Regrets Walkthrough
After completing the Side Quest A Question of Self, this Quest will automatically be activated and your objective will be highlighted accordingly. In case you left this next Quest for later, your objective will be in Timue's Hovel, at the southeast edge of the Blightmarsh.
- Speak with Timue
Enter Timue's base and talk to Timue. Tell her, "I'm looking for Taissa's amulet." Seems Timue is a bit used to Taissa's secrecy and avoidance.
- Collect the Mark of the Conclave
Taissa's amulet should be in a box on the southwest side of the room. Interact with the Old Trunk to pick up the Mark of the Conclave.
- Meet Taissa at the Tree of Whispers
Now would actually be a good time to unlock the Tree of Whispers if you haven't already. For an in-depth guide on the Tree of Whispers, visit our page for it here. Teleport to the Tree of Whispers Waypoint if you've activated it already. Otherwise, place an objective marker on your map to find the fastest way to it, and then activate the Waypoint. Taissa should just be east of the Waypoint. Speak to her and say, "Here is your amulet."
- Collect Oracle Eyes from Nangari Oracles: 0/4
You should already be within the next objective area indicated by the blue circle, as it's indicating the whole of The Writhing Mire. Nangari Enemies are snake-like creatures, and the oracles are particularly large. Look for them and keep killing them until you collect four Oracle Eyes. Make sure to thin out the other Enemies in the area that will be chasing you as it's possible to get overwhelmed by them when you actually find Nangari Oracles and fight.
- Bring the Oracle Eyes to Taissa
Taissa will go on ahead to the Whispering Tree. Teleport back to the Whispering Tree Waypoint and speak to her. Ask her, "What happens now?" Now you'll get to summon the other witches for a meeting in the conclave.
- Enter the Eldritch Conclave
Taissa will begin chanting to open the path to the conclave. The Eldritch Conclave is a Cellar in the game. You can find the Cellar on our Interactive Map here: [Diablo 4 Map Link].
- Speak with Taissa
Inside, move forward along the singular path and talk to Taissa. Ask her, "Where are the witches?" It seems the witches are a bit of an unruly bunch and she's not sure if they'll actually come once you start the ritual.
- Light the Braziers: 0/4
Nevertheless, you'll try. Light all the Braziers except the northeast one to speak to some of the witches. There seem to be varying opinions on how Taissa can be rid of Andariel.
- Speak with Timue
Timue makes a nice little entrance which breaks the ritual and disrupts the connection to the other witches. Approach her and ask, "Why did you disrupt the ritual?" With some wise words, she'll remind Taissa of what she already knows, which is how to actually end her suffering. This will complete the quest.
