Aspect of the Alpha is a Legendary Aspect in Diablo 4. Aspect of the Alpha is offensive enhancement that transforms Wolf Companions into Werewolf Companions. Werewolf Companions now deal an additional damage and have the ability to spread Rabies. Aspect of the Alpha is an offensive Legendary Aspect and can be used by the Druid class.

How to get Aspect of the Alpha in Diablo 4

Aspect of the Alpha can be obtained by:

  • Extracting it from a Legendary Item: By looting a Legendary item, you can extract the Legendary Aspect from it at the cost of sacrificing the item. It has only one use, as once you imprint it, you cannot use it again until you obtain it again from another Legendary item.

      Do you need to assign skill points to Rabies in order for the companions to spread it? Will it scale with more points assigned?

        I just found this so I am unsure but I don't think the werewolf companions use rabies at all even if you have it. They spread rabies not initiate it. So you have to be using rabies.

          DO NOT use this aspect unless you already have storm's companion. It's still glitched in a way that leaves your werewolves stuck in the ceiling if you use the active skill.

            Is a skill point in Rabies required for this to work, and if so do additional points in that skill increase this passive?
